                              RESOLUTION NO. 21549
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR OF
                 GENERAL SERVICES TO EXECUTE A PERSONAL SERVICES
                 CONTRACT WITH JULIETTE THORNTON, RELATIVE TO
                 THE MARTIN LUTHER KING BOULEVARD TASK FORCE, A
                 COPY OF WHICH IS ATTACHED HERETO AND
                 INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE.

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department
       of General Services be and is hereby authorized to execute a
       Personal Services Contract with Juliette Thornton, relative to 
the
       Martin Luther King Boulevard Task Force, a copy of said Contract
       being attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
